SEO Project - NasalCease for Nosebleeds

Nasalcease is a new product for the treatment of nosebleeds.

This SEO project is unique in that an entirely new site was constructed with better graphics and much more information than the original site. The challenge here comes from the fact the previous site was ranking well but the new site has a completely new structure. The old pages were indexed by Google but when the new site was launched the previous pages disappeared from the index.

Our involvement came after the launch of the new site so we were faced with using the content of the new site for inner site linking for the subject of nosebleeds and bloody nose related searches. We found that althought the site was very well written, there were enough references to nosebleeds that we thought it may appear a little like spam to the search engines.

We eliminated some of the offending text and created several inside links to boost search engine ranking. We found that long tail searches did quite well but are still working on the shorter version of searches for stop nosebleeds and bloody nose. A search for bloody nose treatment currently puts the site on the first page of Google results.
